A day of thanks reaches new heights at Perrine. Citrus and kale salads start off the meal, and our turkey, short rib, striped bass, and acorn squash selections carry it through to a stunning apex.
Celebrate the season with Perrine’s festive four-course menu. Highlights include citrus-poached Chilean sea bass, herb-crusted lamb chops, and decadent desserts like traditional English Christmas pudding.
Ring in the new year with an exquisite five-course menu. Delight your palate with dishes like white truffle risotto, olive oil poached Chilean sea bass, and fillet Rossini, followed by savory scrumptious like apple tarte Tatin or chocolate Bûche de Noël.
