Christmas Eve - Sunday, December 24:
Lunch - 12pm to 3pm. Traditional Perrine menu with some Christmas specialties.
Dinner - 5:30pm to 9pm. Three course pre-fixe menu featuring indulgent holiday dishes alongside Perrine favorites. Complimentary house made Christmas cookies. $95/pp. $45/children under 12, two courses.

Our popular Champagne Sabering series returns with Tête de Cuvées from the most prestigious champagne houses.
On Thursdays at 6:30pm, enjoy one featured cuvée by the glass, light canapés and tastings from the sabered bottles. A rare opportunity to sample glasses of select champagnes traditionally sold exclusively by the bottle. Hosted by ambassadors from the respective champagne houses.

On Wednesday November 8th, we hosted Chef's Social Club in our iconic Rotunda with Louis Roederer Cristal. The exclusive multi-course dinner featured dishes paired with great vintages from 2000, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2009 curated by our Executive Chef Ashfer Bijou and Sergio Zecca from Maison Roederer.
On Wednesday October 25th, we celebrated Diwali, India's Festival of Lights with a festive evening on our Rosé Terrace featuring a traditional lighting ceremony, elevated Indian bites, Whispering Angel rosé, cocktails by Bacardi and DJ music. View photos and a video scrapbook on our Facebook page.
On Thursday, September 7th, we hosted Chef's Social Club: A Gastronomic Exploration of Teas with Palais des Thés. The event featured a multi-course tasting menu with wine and tea-infused cocktails in our iconic Rotunda room.
On Wednesday August 23rd on our Rosé Terrace, we presented Smash Bash: A Celebration of Tennis co-hosted by 2017 Wimbledon Champion Garbiñe Muguruza! The festive evening featured elevated "court-side fare," live music, endless Whispering Angel Rosé, the Honey Deuce cocktail by Grey Goose, table tennis, exciting giveaways and more.
On June 29th, we hosted Chef's Social Club, an intimate five-course tasting event featuring different marks and expressions of Macallan Scotch whisky.
On June 21st, we hosted Fête de la Musique, a festive evening of music, revelry and endless rosé to celebrate the longest day of the year. View photos here.
