A CELEBRATION OF THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA
On Sunday December 16th, Perrine presented a special pre-show dinner menu as Broadway At The Pierre welcomed lead cast members from The Phantom of The Opera! Then in Two E Bar & Lounge, indulged in a decadent, theatrical dessert available created by our award-winning Executive Pastry Chef Michael Mignano: The Phantom's Encore (pictured above) -- white chocolate mask and Playbill, dark chocolate mousse with a salted caramel center topped with house made popcorn and garnished with Tahitian vanilla ice cream.
