A CELEBRATION OF THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA
On Sunday December 16th, Perrine presented a special pre-show dinner menu as Broadway At The Pierre welcomed lead cast members from The Phantom of The Opera! Then in Two E Bar & Lounge, indulged in a decadent, theatrical dessert available created by our award-winning Executive Pastry Chef Michael Mignano: The Phantom's Encore (pictured above) -- white chocolate mask and Playbill, dark chocolate mousse with a salted caramel center topped with house made popcorn and garnished with Tahitian vanilla ice cream. On October 24th, Perrine hosted its annual Diwali celebration with elevated Indian bites, music by DJ Suhel and endless Château Miraval rosé. Our second annual Summer of Rosé outdoor series concluded with Smash Bash: A Celebration of Tennis featuring special co-host and 2017 Wimbledon champion Garbiñe Muguruza.
