Celebrating Truffles in Spain

We brought a slice of New York City to Spain! This decadent dish was one of our featured entries in Spain's first-ever Cooking with Truffles International Competition. Truffle cheesecake with hazelnut graham cracker crust, artichoke & leeks, pomegranate reduction, chestnuts, mezze arugula and shaved Soria truffles.

Team Perrine was one of the Top 5 finalists. Such an honor to represent motherland India & home U.S. in this exciting event!
