Let's Play Squash
Now that the cold weather is finally here, it's the perfect time to warm up with one of my fall favorites--squash.
We've just added Baked Acorn Squash & Mushrooms to our menu, served with lemon, chilies & maple. The squash and mushrooms (a mix of hen of woods, shiitake, shimeji, oyster) are from farms update, the cheese from Vermont Creamery. More than 30% of our ingredients at Perrine are locally and regionally sourced!
