Chef's Social Club With Cristal

For our most recent Chef's Social Club, we had the honor of featuring vintage bottles of Louis Roederer Cristal Champagne. We paired a 2005 Cristal Brut with this seasonally-inspired dish: Honey roasted delicata squash with foie gras beignets, blueberry jus and brioche crumbs!

The evening marked the return of our popular Champagne Sabering series in The Rotunda at Perrine, featuring tête de cuvées from the most prestigious champagne houses. Visit our Events page for more details.
